Dr. Tim Hendricks

Doctor of Optometry

Dr. Tim Hendricks

Dr Tim Hendricks received his undergraduate degree in Cell Biology from the University of Georgia and his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry.

He and his wife reside in Richmond Hill with their three children.  In his free time he enjoys flying and enjoying our beautiful coast with his family.

Dr. Emily Brown

Dr. Emily Brown studied Zoology at Eastern Illinois University, and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2004.

She joins Low Country Eye Care after spending 10 years in a medically-based practice in South Carolina where she has gotten tremendous experience treating glaucoma and other ocular diseases. Dr Brown has been seeing patients in the Hinesville office for over 10 years.

Dr. Todd Schnobrich


Dr. Todd Schnobrich received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine and his Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in 1997.

After completing his residency at Boston VA Outpatient Clinic he then went on to work at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Dr. Schnobrich also practiced in Statesboro, GA before relocating offices to Pooler and Richmond Hill, GA.

Dr. Melinda Dang

Dr. Melinda Dang earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2013 and graduated with highest honors from Southern College of Optometry in 2018. She provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages at our Hinesville location.

Dr. Dang has a special interest in fitting scleral contact lenses for diseased corneas as well as myopia management for children. She enjoys humanitarian work and most recently traveled to the Dominican Republic to provide eye care to underserved communities. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and going to metal concerts with her husband, Ryan, who is also an optometrist.

Dr. Kacy W. Barker

Dr. Barker grew up in a military family before settling in Niceville, FL. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Mathematics from Florida State University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry. She completed externships in Ocular Disease at Malcom Randall VAMC in Gainesville, FL and Primary Eye Care at Eye Associates of South Georgia in Valdosta, GA.

She currently resides in Pooler, GA with her husband and three boys. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, read, or exercise—she and her husband are currently working on running a race in every state. She has been with the practice since 2013, currently seeing patients at our Pooler location as well as overseeing student doctors as part of Southern College of Optometry’s externship program.

Dr. Renee Williams

Dr. Renee Williams received her bachelor of science degree in Biology at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Northeastern State University, College of Optometry in 2003.

After finishing a residency in ocular disease and refractive surgery management, Dr. Williams moved out of the cold Midwest states in search of warmer weather and local beaches. Dr. Williams lives in Richmond Hill with her husband and two daughters. She is actively involved in her church and her daughter’s school. In her free time, she enjoys baking, yardwork, exercise and, of course, going to the beach.

Dr. Kristin Wolfe

Dr. Kristin Wolfe received her undergraduate degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Wolfe enjoys seeing all ages, but is passionate about pediatrics. She resides in Pooler with her husband and daughter, along with her mini dachshund and cat. Dr. Wolfe sees patients in our Richmond Hill location.
